decepcionada en primer lugar cuando hice la reserva me di el tiempo de llamar para solicitar hacer el ingreso ni bien llegara, en su anuncio dicen chek in 9am yo llegue 9:30am y me dijeron que no estaba lista mi habitación y que el chek in era al medio dia. luego se rectificaron me dieron provisionalmente una habitacion, no tenia toalla. segundo me cambiaron a una habitacion grande que no funcionaba el caño de agua caliente. el precio es mucho para un hostal de 2 estrellas. en el anuncio indicaron 3 estrellas.

Falta de higiene, ropa de cama en pésimo estado, las camas viejas, almohadas y colchones durísimos, la atención del personal fue buena pero totalmente empañada por los detalles antes mencionados. No llegaba la señal de internet a la habitación que nos asignaron.
