It was a nice spot and we will stay again. Please ensure you clean the floors well. No stickiness should be felt when walking around the non carpeted floor in the room. No hair should be shown from past guest.

Used the ‘reserve now, pay later’ option. Location tried to charge me over a week before my stay. Left a voicemail stating to call with a good card or my room would be cancelled. Called, sorted. Checked in, paid with CREDIT CARD. On check out day, they tried to charge my debit card AGAIN! This prompted my bank to cancel my debit card. I’ve been without a card for 5 days, no way to access my money and the hotel tried to charge more than $2200 for this room. (Check in day was 2/5)

Needs Attitude Adjustment
When it comes right down to it, ratings are based more on emotion than anything. This is a brand new building so everything was new and functional. The bed was great and the room was clean and cozy. But the night front deskman was not at all welcoming, even though he was efficient handling the check-in. The worst part was breakfast. We made sure to be get down there fifteen minutes before the scheduled 9am closing and were sadly disappointed on almost everything being gone, including no waffle batter and no oatmeal. Worse yet was the attendants attitude. She thought it was close enough to closing time that she didn't need to provide food to us and the eight or ten people who came in after us. Everyone was talking about our disappointment in regards to the breakfast service. You can have the nicest facility in the world, but if you don't staff it with friendly, service-minded employees it will never be successful.

$75 per night for a dog to stay??? Exorbitant! Breakfast was not good. Food put out too early so egg biscuits were dry & hard. Omelets were cold. Couldn't connect wifi...sign in screen unavailable. TV was inoperative. Distorted screen for live tv so only option was my netflix account. Needless to say we wont be staying at any Hilton anytime soon. Very disappointing.
