This stunning 4-bedroom 2-bathroom house is 2,210 square feet and features everything you would want from your own home, plus all the magic of Pure Michigan! Just a few worth noting include, a fully equipped kitchen, plush linens, fine bedding, comfortable seating, an open layout, a private backyard, updated décor, flat-screen TVs, and high-speed internet! Not to mention, guests are sure to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and swimming off the dock on prestigious Grand Traverse Bay.

The Bay View Retreat is perfectly situated on M22 between Downtown Traverse City and Suttons Bay, offering guests all the ease and convenience they could imagine!

In the mood for some excitement? Just head south a few miles, and you will find the hustle and bustle of Downtown's popular restaurants, shops, boutiques, bars, and public beaches.

Or how about a quiet scenic drive? This stretch of M22 is noted for having one of the most beautiful drivable shorelines in Northern Michigan! Just make one simple turn out of the driveway and you are on your way!

Please note: M22 runs through the property separating the house from the waterfront. Guests will have to cross the road to access the dock and water. The dock extends over the rocky shoreline and is accessible through the deck's side gate.

Rental Policy:
- No smoking or fireworks are permitted
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
- Minimum booking age is 25.
- Reservations that exceed 30 days will be subject to a cleaning fee every 30 days in addition to the standard guest check-out cleaning and fee.

To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely to provide all reservations with damage protection. This protection plan costs $49.00 for 1-29 nights, $249.00 for 30-59 nights, then $70.00 for each additional 30-night block. For Airbnb reservations, the initial $49 charge will be added to your reservation at booking and the remaining balance for the damage protection plan will be requested through Airbnb separately after check-in.
