Each smoke free, professionally decorated, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit at the Beach Condominium Hotel includes over 750 SqFt of living space, a fully equipped kitchen, standup shower, private deck, unlimited panoramic views of the Bay and simply spectacular sunsets! Plus, there’s also the heated seasonal outdoor pool, grand whirlpool spa, Spectrum TV service and free Wi-Fi access.

The Beach Condominiums are individually owned and not a Condo Hotel. This condo is managed by Northern Michigan Escapes with a dedicated Portfolio Manager to assist you remotely. Nice get away.
So happy pool was open despite the cold weather. We have been coming to beach condos for the past 35 years. Now our son and his family come too!

Lovely and convenient location
We enjoyed our stay and the property. This is a great location and a very nice property. However, Michigan summer = lots of bug action. We spent the first bit there cleaning out bugs and bug debris. It would be nice if some effort was made to control & clean the balcony and sliding door area of spiders and other bugs. Overall I would absolutely stay again (but bring my Thermacell for bug control). I do highly recommend this property.

We had a great time and would stay here again. Beautiful view, clean and nice location :) The refrigerator/freezer shut down and we had to buy ice (and my ice cream melted) but get that fixed and the place was awesome :)

Weekend for soccer
Came in after 8pm on Friday night. Tried contacting group as I did not get a unit number that we were staying. Called twice with no return call email was returned later on Friday as I was driving there. Upon arrival, tried the code that was finally provided and it didn’t work called the office and they said that they would have to bring a key and that they were “just down the road and be there quickly.” This conversation lasted approximately a minute and I had to repeat the unit number to her four times! I waited 45 minutes called them 3 more times (no answer) they never showed up! I had two young kids with me and had to try and find hotel accommodations for the weekend on an extremely busy soccer weekend there. Sad that they never called me to see where I was etc. would never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place!
We visited in winter, so the bay was frozen and not much to see, but I'm sure the view is spectacular in the warmer months. The condo is very nice, shower could be set up differently, as when you turn it on, you're instantly sprayed with cold water that doesn't stay in the shower. Besides that, we really liked the place! We would stay there again!

We had a nice long weekend in this unit. Overall nicely decorated and comfortable, with a fabulous view. We'd stay again. Could use some improvements in cleaning (nothing terrible but some dust in areas) and some things fixed and added (bedroom door knob, tv cabinet door, add another nightstand in bedroom). All simple fixes. But it was comfortable and well done up otherwise.

Great Spot
We stayed here overnight. The unit was as pictured and the price was affordable. The only problem was that the bed comforter was dirty it Had a weird watermark and dried white substance…… the obvious explanation is what grossed me out- so we removed it and slept on the spares in the closet.

Very nice rental, will definitely rent again. Perfect for our thanksgiving weekend. Really enjoyed having a full kitchen with everything I needed to cook a nice turkey dinner for my family of three! Highly recommend.

Cute and in a great location
This property would have been perfect if it was cleaner. The vent fans & baseboards were full of dust, the dishes from the previous patron were still in the dish washer and the shower was full of mold. The owner needs to concentrate on improving this as well as the small things like having enough toilet paper and laundry pods and this unit will meet all expectations.
