Patio was covered in spiders webs and spiders, did not clean very well. Room was clean but had some spiders and small ant problem. Some form of pest control would really help. Staff weren’t super nice but housekeepers were friendly. Probably not going back.

The bathroom tile grout needed cleaning. Housekeeping only every 3rd day with no receptacles to bring trash. Boxed breakfast delivered to the room daily. Wi-Fi was non-existent, even after multiple calls to the front desk. In 2024 and for the price we paid for our room, the lack of WiFi was unacceptable. My daughter was unable to work from the room. Beautiful location, balcony overlooking beach water. Clean sandy beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas.

First stay at this property and we were not disappointed. This property was excellent in every way. We especially loved our first floor lake view room with walk out to the beach. I would not consider staying anywhere else in Traverse City for future stays.

Far too expensive for what you get. Property is dated and has a strange odor, shower and balcony were both quite dirty, and front desk staff were rude and/or unaccommodating about my only 2 requests. They don’t allow bag storage at the front desk for “security reasons”. Don’t recommend and won’t be back.
