Great beach, friendly and helpful front desk staff (special shout out to Roachelle). Only negative is housekeeping did not clean our room after the 3rd night as advertised in the room. We also requested housekeeping after the 2nd night, also as advertised, but they never came on that occasion either. I left messages twice with the front desk for the Manager to call me, but never received a call back. Disappointing considering that they charge a nightly “resort fee”.

Everything about our stay was wonderful except the employees. The staff was helpful when needed but also very distant and i would say unfriendly. They didnt ruin our time there but they did impact our furture outings. Not fun dealing with unpleasant employees.

Limited breakfast menu although i understand its better for the resort and there is less waste, cleaning, personnel etc. Larger coffee maker in the room would be a good addition. Appreciated the liquid flavored creamer. Cant stand the powdered creamer. Beach side rooms - outside lights off after 9pm, it ruins the view for others.

This was a fantastic stay right on the beach. It was awesome to walk down stairs right on to the sand. Local breweries, distilleries and restaurants made for a really enjoyable few days. I would highly recommend a visit.
