45th Anniversary
We truly enjoyed ourselves and the house was a perfect size and location! I only noticed there was a ton of cob webs around the deck outdoors. Not that it was bad but we did kill spiders. Very quiet and we absolutely loved the fire pit! I would highly recommend this house and stay there again!

Ski trip for our Exchange daughters bucket list
We had a great stay. There were 10 of us staying in the house. We were very comfortable, everyone slept well. The kids were a little disappointed that there wasn’t a lighter to get the fireplace going but that didn’t affect our fun, only mentioning that because some people may be very disappointed if that were to happen. We were about a block or so from the restaurants, skiing and store. That was very convenient. The property manager was great to work with and very patient when I wasn’t able to get my printer going for the contract and couldn’t get it back right away.

Great Summer Spot
We had a wonderful time staying at this property with our family, celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary. The property was as described on the VRBO website. We enjoyed the facilities very much and everything we used worked well. The host was also very responsive to all our communications. We used the large front deck for a number of meals as the summer weather was very nice. We also used the amenities at Crystal Mountain Resort which was about a half mile walk. We found the water pressure to be weak at times. It also would have been nice to have a fire ring or pit. The resort did have a communal fire pit but it was quite busy and crowded. The Beulah City beach was a nice outing for us on a warm summer day. We also spent a day in Traverse City and an evening in Frankfort, each having lovely things to see and do. It was a very nice week. Thank you for making this home available.

Family Vacation
We selected this property for a family vacation for my wife and me, our 2 sons and their wives and one son's 2 children. This property was perfect for our group of 8. Each family "segment" had their own bedrooms on separate floors. (children were in the 4 bed bedroom adjacent to their parents bedroom) and each had their own bathroom. Although my wife's and my bathroom, on the lower floor, was small, it was more than adequate with a walk in shower. Perfect for us senior citizens!! Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc. Family room is large and attached to kitchen and eating area. We never felt cramped. Property managers were great and responsive to any questions we had. Popped circuit breaker was reset by manager in less than 15 minutes. Great place to stay and very close to the Crystal Mountain resort area (easy walk) but far enough away to not have any noise from it.

Winter wonderland
It is a great cabin at the end of a cul-de-sac within walking distance to the center of the main resort. Ideal for skiing, which we did. The cabin is clean, well equipped and supplied, making it very comfortable for a family. When we were there, it snowed light and fluffy powder snow, making the place magical.

Great location well appointed
Our family came from several directions and miles to ski. Great location. Within walking distance of Crystal Mountain shops and ski hills. Good restaurants nearby (check out the IronFish Distillery) Cabin had virtually everything we would need including slow cooker, coffeepot, dinnerware, etc. Good beds and linens. But--the major drawback was the smell. The hot tub is out of order so we thought the sewer smell that tended to permeate the lower level and leach into the upper might be coming from that. We attempted to use the sauna but as it heated it also heated the lower level bedroom we shut it down. That lower level room was very warm to begin with. We couldn't find the wood for the fireplace. It might have been in the box on the deck but the lid was frozen shut. If we were to come to Crystal Mountain again, we would consider staying here if the smell were dealt with. A note on Crystal Mountain--our family usually goes to Boyne and found the Crystal Mountain runs a little too short and less challenging than those at Boyne. It was great for our skier who decided to transition from cross-country to downhill. The Crystal Mountain spa is wonderful and well worth a visit!

Best place for a fishing adventure!
Every year I take my work friends on a fishing trip up north to Michigan on the Betsie River. The place was clean and had many rooms for everyone to sleep. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the games that was available to play. It is such beautiful place to stay in the fall. I definitely would stay again!

Wonderful time
My family had a wonderful time. Some pros to staying here: lots to do at the resort. Spacious, calming, great night sky. Sauna was amazing Cons: doors were hard to close some times. Some boards on the stairs outside could use some replacing. Could use some plastic cups for those who have kids. Hot tub did not work. Side door key was not working for us. Overall it was a nice home and we enjoyed it.

Great for Large Group
Loved having multiple floors and 3 bathrooms. We had 12 family members and it was a comfortable for sleeping and getting ready in the morning. Nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully stocked for any cooking. Loved having the outdoor grill. Adequate seating outside. Really nice rental. Suggestions: Let guests know that all activities on the property are an extra expense. The pool picture was misleading. Activities were exorbitant. Add larger pullout couch in the basement space. I think that space would have been utilized more with more seating. Especially with a large group; things got tight. Maybe a sectional. Hot tub is not working. Replace the old towels. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Consider adding memory foam toppers. Thank you for sharing your home.

visit to winterland in the the summer
Overall nice property. Crystal Mtn has numerous activities at a price. Biggest objection is the pool fee per day per person whether for one hour or ten. Property itself needs a few minor tweaks - cookware, pillows on beds. Outside grill was great. Other than 10 AM check out nice stay. Thank you. Bryan F
