Absolute best staff! Heat did not work properly in our room -reported it in our 2nd day and maintenance came immediately to inspect. When they were not able to repair it, we were quickly moved to another room. The front desk staff even brought the new keys and a bell cart to us. Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had at an hotel. Nice touch with the coffee and hot beverage station available throughout the day. Enjoyed our first stay and can’t wait to visit again.

Balcony offered a great view. It was wonderful listening to the waves and seeing the sun in the morning. The jacuzzi tub was awesome. Best I have ever had. The bed was not the best. I would give it 3.5 stars. The room was nice and clean and the staff were overall friendly.
