Great old converted estate. Amazing views, lovely rooms with character, facilities were great (Olympic size pool, tennis courts). Very friendly staff. Importantly dog friendly, we even got a special dog bag with goodies.

Tuvimos al llegar un problema con la reserva porque al hotel no les aparecía que ya la tenía pagada y la tuve que pagar de nuevo y reclamar la devolución a hoteles.com lo que me llevó un buen rato de tfno. Pero el personal amable. La habitación amplia y el hotel es un hotel rural con mucho encanto en la montaña, el desayuno correcto sin nada del otro mundo pero está bien, el Comedor es muy bonito. Eso si se necesita coche porque está en el monte pero muy cerca en coche del pueblo.

Trænger til ledelse.
Alt i alt et godt ophold. Svimmingpool var langt væk fra hotellet og er mere en offentlig svimmingpool, men mega stor, husk man kan kun bade med badehætte, meget underligt. Morgenmad er det samme hver dag næsten ingen variation. Vi var udsat for at der ikke var styr på morgenmad, de fyldte ikke nok mad op når det var pres på, de skændes indebydes og manageren gik rundt og skældte ud på de ansatte. Aftensmad er ikke til familie med børn, ingen børnevenlige retter. De prøver på at være et fornemt sted, men det falder helt til jorden gang på gang. Tennis banen trænger til en kærlig hånd. Rengøring kom kun når vi sagde det i receptionen. Lejlighed fik vi ikke det vi havde bestilt, der manglede et værelse, vi opdagede det først da vi var taget hjem.

Para no ir nunca… Hotel Desastre…
Instalaciones sucias, descuidadas, camas incomodas, wifi inexistentente, aire acondicionado no funcionaba.Hubo una tormenta, se inundo la habitación y la situación fue darnos toallas para secar el suelo… Por suerte las camas no se mojaron, pero fue peligroso ya que las escaleras que daban acceso a la planta de arriba donde dormian las niñas, se mojaron y pudo ser fatal si se hubieran caido… La piscina esta a 300 mts. descuidada, sucia y faltan azulejos…Y el socorrista, decidía cuando si y cuando no te podias bañar… NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL A NADIE…

L'hôtel est calme, reposant, les parties extérieures sont joliment aménagées bien que l'état général gagnerait à être mieux entretenu. Notre chambre était très vieillotte et très peu lumineuse, il faut allumer la lumière en permanence pour y voir dès le réveil. Manque évident de propreté générale. Personnel peu accueillant et aimable, étant déjà allée dans d'autres régions d'Italie je pense que c'est général, il ne faut pas s'attendre à un accueil agréable et bienveillant. Mais malgré tout le rapport qualité-prix pour le mois de Juillet est très correct et le point très positif, la petite terrasse pour boire un coup le soir était très agréable et les prix des cocktails pas cher.

Dopo anni di sofferenza, la dimora storica del XVIII secolo è stata nel tempo trasformata nell’ampio complesso alberghiero, oggi è composta da 150 accomodazioni che mantengono quell’atmosfera del passato, grazie all intervento di una società pugliese,gia presente in tanti siti italiani. Nuovo restailing, in divenire, sta portando la struttura, ad un gusto romantico, con reminiscenze strutturali malinconiche ma allo stesso tempo, al pari delle nuove cognizioni da vero resort. Bar e ristorante, accolgono il cliente, in un percorso enogastronomico, basato sulla scelta di materie L 'intero staff, è di fine professionalità, sempre presente, disponibile e preparato. La vecchia piscina, è stata trasformata in una di dimensione olimpica pregna di tutti i comfort. Alcune defaillances, che sottolineano l' impegno imprenditoriale in divenire. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, per i soggiorni, e gli ingressi alla piscina da clienti esterni. Un vero angolo prezioso, a pochi passi da Palermo.

Endroit incroyable et hors du temps
Cet établissement dispose d’une très mauvaise note sur le site avec différents points négatifs sans réel fondement. Je vais donc essayer de développer le maximum possible sur ce lieu qui ne mérite pas ces critiques. Tout d’abord, les bâtiments sont assez anciens et ont une architecture typique mais il y a tout sur place. De nombreuses chambres très propres et aménagés avec un ameublement qui semble certes ancien mais qui répond aux attentes. Le domaine aux alentours est incroyable avec de nombreuses salles de meeting et de réception ! L’hôtel dispose de sa propre chapelle (très pratique pour les mariages religieux). Enfin, il y a un restaurant, une piscine et des terrains de tennis. Le wifi est disponible mais non garantie dans toutes les chambres à cause des murs en pierre. Une partie du jardin est délaissée mais cela assure un côté sauvage à la partie éloignée. Toute personne rencontrée est sympathique, à l’écoute et serviable. En prenant cet hôtel à la dernière minute, je n’ai pas réellement fait attention à la note mais cela ne reflète en aucun cas la réalité. L’endroit est tellement immense que le GPS ne peut vous guider correctement! Dans les hauteurs et non loin de la mer ! Bref, je fus agréablement surpris et j’ai certainement eu le meilleur rapport qualité prix possible sur cet hébergement. L’endroit est incroyable et mérite une meilleur note malgré l’ancienneté de la bâtisse et son délaissement à certains endroits.

Das Hotel ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig, wird laut Manager jedoch die nächsten Jahre renoviert. Man kann sehr viel mehr aus der Anlage machen. Der „Pool“ der eher einem öffentlichen Bad ähnelt weist ranzige Sonnenschirme und Liegen auf. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit unseren lauten Nachbarn, kam uns das Personal sehr entgegen und ein Zimmerwechsel war kein Problem. Das spärliche Frühstück lässt zu Wünschen übrig, besonders frisches Obst und Gemüse war nicht geboten, lediglich eingelegte Ananas oder Pfirsiche. Auf Wunsch brachte uns das sehr freundliche Personal allerdings immer frisches Omelett und Rührei. Der Manager war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und oft vor Ort. Ein Strandabschnitt mit Parkplatz, der für Hotelgäste kostenlos ist, war unter der Woche fast leer und sehr schön. Die Preis Leistung ist angemessen.
