Welcome to your getaway in Belgian Gardens! This spacious 4-bedroom house on Bundock Street is just a short drive from the airport, offering a serene escape for families or groups. Enjoy a comfortable living area, a large garden for relaxation, and ample parking for multiple vehicles. With modern amenities, open-plan living spaces, and plenty of natural light, it’s the perfect base for your stay. Plus, you’ll be close to local parks, shops, and attractions. Enjoy your stay!
Guest Access:
The entire house and outdoor areas are yours to enjoy! Our gardener and maintenance team will handle the external areas during weekdays.
For parking, you can use the street or the back garden. The keysafe is next to the back door, and we’ll send you the access info on the day you arrive. For check-in, we need photos of your ID and credit card, which will be securely destroyed after check-out. Self check-in is preferred for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

-Cleaning: Help us maintain a tidy home by leaving it clean. Excessive mess requiring extra cleaning may incur a charge of $100-$150.
-Damage & Breakages: You’re responsible for any damage, wear, or missing items. Charges may apply if issues are noted after your stay.
-Keys: Report lost keys immediately. Replacement costs $75. Lockouts incur a $60 fee plus locksmith charges.
-Liability: We aren’t liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss. We recommend travel and health insurance for peace of mind.
-Lost Items: Left something behind? We can return it for a $50 handling fee plus shipping costs.
