Exploitation of more than 200 hectares: cereal crops (rapeseed, wheat beans, sunflower, soy and alfalfa), and natural meadows with horse breeding and forests. Here everything is turned towards nature and eco-responsibility. The area, which offers many opportunities for walking away from roads and urban bustle, is just 7 km from the Toulouse ring road (exit 17) and 12 km from Place du Capitole, the historic center of the pink city. You will also be 1km from the center of Drémil-Lafage (town hall, post office, shops...) and the Flourens Super U, 2km from the Estolosa golf course and 15km from the Calicéo fitness and well-being centre. - On the ground floor: an integrated kitchen opening onto the entrance, a laundry room with WC, as well as a large living room. - Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (2 single beds 90*200cm, which can be combined into 1 double bed 180*200cm)(1 double bed 160*200cm) and a shower room/WC. - You can park your cars next to the entrance to the gîte. Terrace with garden furniture. Access to an indoor swimming pool (pleasant swimming from May to September) to be shared with the guests of the other gîte and the owners. Auxiliary electric heating. WITHOUT A CAR: you can reach the gîte from Toulouse, from the Balma-Gramont metro station (line A) served by bus lines 102, 103 and 106 (journey time 25 mins).

A kitchen is outfitted with a microwave and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower.
