The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


This Villa has 6 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 12, 6 in single beds and 2 in a double and 2 in a sofa bed 2 in Bunk Beds or singles can be turned into king-size beds.

In the first bedroom, there are twin beds (can be king-size on request).
In the next bedroom, there are twin beds (can be king-size on request) with a joining room with a double sofa bed.
The third bedroom there are twin beds (can be king-size on request).
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed.
The fifth bedroom contains a bunk bed


There are 5 bathrooms and 2 downstairs w.c.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The next bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The third bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower.
The fourth bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The fifth bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

There are 2 garden patio areas with Rattan chairs and tables an enclosed garden. There are 2 kitchens and 3 lounge areas, and 2 dining areas.
The property consists of 2 adjoining properties.No walk-in showers in both properties down stairs.

However upon arrival and departure you may park your vehicle under the arch by the front door to unload/load your baggage.Opposite the house is Brunswick Square a council paid car park.The prices are up to 1hr £1.40,up to 2hrs £2.50,up to 3hrs £3.50,up to 4hrs £4.50,up to 17hrs £8.50.For longer stays you can purchase online a car parking permit four day permit £25, eight day permit £45, monthly permit £65.This will allow you to park in over 37 car parks across except for Lower Union Lane.

-No smoking, including vaping and also the burning of incense and candles.
-Dogs are allowed but please don’t leave them inside the property unattended and it's not allowed to go up to the bedroom.
