We stayed for my son’s 10th birthday. Our room was decent, but a bit run down. Dented up microwave and peeling leather chair. Pool needed a deep cleaning but overall a decent budget option for downtown. Also I had emailed prior to see if there was anything special they could do for my son’s birthday and was told they would let the concierge team know, but nothing special was offered or noted. That's understable, but I was under the impression there might have been something, even a chocolate on the pillow lol. If they can't do anything, they should have just stated that off the hop. 😊 All in all the location was great, nice and close to everything.

Kevin at front desk made check in so easy and was very accommodating with a room request - he was extremely pleasurable to deal with. Room was perfect, quite large and clean with all required amenities. Brandy served us in the restaurant and she was fantastic - very personable and answered all questions, make great recommendations. Food was really good. Enjoyed our time at this hotel and would definitely return!!

Room was amazing location, as we were in town for a baseball game, being played in the Rogers Center. Staff was nice when we checked in. The reservation staff said we could easily add an extra night, at the nightly rate we had to extend our stay by one night if necessary. We tried to extend our stay, because no rooms were available, unless we wanted to by over $1800.00 for the room per night.
