Kindly note, we have 4 dogs and a toddler so it may be noisy from time to time. Furthermore, we allow pets for a nominal fee. Kindly ensure you add your pets to the booking if you are bringing them for the correct amount due. Undeclared pets or guests can result in cancelation with no refund on account of breaking House Rules. Also, note that we are a No smoking property. Smoking inside the house will result in immediate cancellation with No Refund and $500 fine. Smoking outdoors is allowed. Furthermore, for our guests, ours, and our property’s safety we have outdoor security cameras/ recording devices in the following locations: One ring doorbell camera on the main house’s front door, one camera facing the side entrance (The Rustic Barn's entrance), one camera on top of the garage with a view of the entrance to The Rustic Barn, and the driveway, and one camera on the big tree overlooking the entrance and the sides of The Grassy Oasis (our other listing located in our backyard).
