I had a lovely stay at the hotel and enjoyed the dining on the premises even though I arrived at 9 pm. I had a quiet, clean room and slept well. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The parking was expensive considering the cost of the room (28$) and the available space they have in the lot. One small inconvenience was that the bathtub was really uncomfortable as it is covered at the bottom with abrasive to prevent slipping and if you take a bath you cannot access the shampoo etc as they are wall mounted too high. I needed to use the glasses provided to dispense the cleaning products so that I could use them in the bath. Plan to shower only. Overall due to the cost I am considering another hotel with parking and breakfast included for my next trip.

Awesome staff - from check in to departure. Shuttle to the airport very handy. Easy enough to get to downtown TO via shuttle and then the UP Express GO. Great restaurants within walking distance. Room was spacious, clean, large TV, great to have a little coffee station and mini fridge was a bonus. Apparently you can order a microwave as well but we didn't need that. Will stay here again for sure!

This is my second time staying at this property. It stands above other YYZ airport hotels due to its cleanliness, friendliness, above average amenities, and service. I had a small housekeeping issue and the night staff responded in an immediate and positive fashion -- just the way one would hope. The only thing I didn't like was the 28 dollar charge for parking. I think they shouldn't charge a parking fee. Overall, though, I can't say enough good things about the Sheraton YYZ airport. I loved it. Hope to return when the restaurant remodel is finished.
