Would stay again. Clean, quiet, and the rooms are large and comfortable. I had a full kitchen, which helped cut down on dining costs. Close the airport with a convenient shuttle. The shuttle could use an update or at least a thorough detailing. But the driver was friendly and helpful .

Close to Pearson Airport, but property not maintained well, hotel room sink not flowing or half-blocked. Upper floor window not sealed well, on strong-wind days, you could hear the window gaps 'howling'.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at Sandman. It’s a quick shuttle ride from the airport and within walking distance from several nice restaurants. Staff was very friendly and room was clean and comfortable. Only downside, Starbucks only had regular coffee because their machine was broken for espresso and other drinks of that sort.

I stay for 2 days in a hotel. We check in late at night. A lot of room changes upgrades but was confused because we heard its 2 bedroom then its only one bedroom suite then ending going back to old reservation which is ok. No welcome or complimentary bottles offered. Wall mirror is not working. We all day outside in the hotel then we expected when we came back our room was clean but not because they said it should be called. We requested a late checked but not succesful. I felt that it so inconsiderate because We ask how many times. Lastly we req for coffee because one of the guest need to take her medication but request came for 30min because we follow up… Service was terrible but the room was spacious… Staff was unfriendly too and arogant…
