We were put in a room right beside the lobby and the location was terrible. I was with my two daughters (6 and 9) and we were awoken all night by other guests in the lobby/hallway. Not the fault of the hotel but this is just an awful place for a room and we got no sleep. The staff were kind and the hotel itself was nice but next time I would definitely ask to be moved.

Great service, beautiful hotel, no complaints. I will be staying there again when im in the area. The hotel is connected to Chopped which is a wonderful steakhouse and a Dennys if thats youre kind of atmosphere. Accomodations suitable for every kind of traveller.

Thermostat was not functioning. No heat. I pulled the blanket down from the closet and it had 2 dead bugs in it. Then the toilet would not flush. Thank goodness it was just 1 night

Staff is friendly, hotel is clean and updated. Let us check in early and also gave us late checkout! Only thing I would suggest is atleast giving guests one bottle of water free of charge

Hassan was so attentive when we checked in, making sure we got a room with a bathtub. He actually ran down the hall to another room to make sure it had a tub after the first room didn’t… what a sweet and caring way to come to a hotel we’d never been to before! Will visit again. Thanks Hassan. Oh and there is a Chop steakhouse here open til midnight which was very convenient, and a Denny’s breakfast restaurant.
