Location was good and service was excellent, with exception to checking in. For some reason we had to wait 15-20 minutes for our room to be released. We arrived right around check in time at 3PM and then observed 2 others arrive after us and they were checked in ahead of us without explanation.

Overall - this property was a great stay. We had an issue with the room I booked (booked a double queen room months prior and they didn’t have one available) so they gave us two king rooms at the cost of one double queen. Normally this wouldn’t be an issue but I was travelling with two children, luckily my partner came and was able to stay in the other room with our one child and I stayed in the other room. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted. The lakefront is beautiful and we felt very safe. Lots of great food nearby and lots to see. Rooms were great, pool was fabulous!!!! My partner got what appeared to be a fingernail in his drink by the pool but they quickly brought him a new one. Overall was a decent stay with a few minor hiccups. Love love love the pool.

You are right by the Lake Ontario. You are less then a 5 min walk to the roger centre or tower. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The pool is nice and drink service out there ( it is pricey). There is a pub connected to the hotel that is good with excellent staff that is friendly. The shop that is the hotel don’t waste your money there as it’s all fake blue jays clothing and blue jays souvenirs. Wait till you go to the roger centre

Upon arriving staff were very friendly and helpful and the property was amazing on the doorstep to waterfront and room was spacious and clean . Loved having g the pool and bar and restaurant all on 5th floor so convenient. Looking forward to returning again in near future . It was also o my 5 min walk to Roger’s centre

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and the bed comfortable. On the first day my room was not serviced and when I brought it to their attention, this was remedied very quickly. Would definitely stay here again
