Unreliable airport shuttle, ended up using Uber most of the time. Staff would advise availability for the shuttle and then it would be different when ready to use and staff were unapologetic. Renovated “quick flip” rooms, paint was peeling off the ceiling and doors. Bathroom door shut but did not lock. Beds were comfortable and wifi was reliable. Morning breakfast was a limited selection of eggs, meat, and bread. Would have liked to see some fresh fruit. On a runway approach path, so depending on the active runway, don’t expect to sleep.

The stay was good, the only things to complain about would be mine and my cousins key cards stopped working 3-4 times and I had to go to the front desk multiple times to get them to fix it (We stayed 5 days). Upon arriving we had our room switched which was completely fine but about 15-20 minutes after I’m guessing it was the hotel manager. She came to our room and told us the room was supposed to be for another guest and that we “trashed it” (there was a reusable bag on the bed) and then proceeded to take the drinks and fruit she had left for said guest out. Besides that, would definitely come again!

Our room smelled really musty when we arrived. Because we were on the ground floor and the sliding doors don't open, we couldn't even air it out. The breakfast area was poorly laid out and really cramped. I ended up having my orange juice spilled all over myself as someone turned and bumped into me. I've stayed at many other Choice hotels with much better laid out breakfast areas. There are many other hotels around this area. I'd suggest a different one if possible

The room itself was good and meet our needs. The back parking had a pile of used furniture, which was unsightly. The noise from the 401 was omnipresent until about 1 am. Breakfast room was small and crowded. The staff was really great.

I checked in late close to midnight after driving for hours and when I used the toilet and flushed it, the water overflowed and flooded room 119 and even went to the hallway because it was overflowing continuously. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk but he was so busy that he had no time to close the valve in the bathroom. I immediately left the room as I did not want to step on the dirty water. It was just 5 minutes after I checked in and asked for a different room. The following day, I talked to the supervisor and instead of apologizing for what happened, she was somehow blaming me for the toilet. She said something like guests check out and then they check the room and then guests check in, and something happens to the room. I explained to her what happened, but she seemed disinterested and didn't care at all. There was a plumbing issue in that room when they checked it, but still no apology from the supervisor. Instead of facing me, she asked the front desk to explain everything to me. I asked for a refund for 1 night but she said she could only refund half. I am just wondering if this is how they treat their guests. The management should be aware of how their supervisors treat their guests. She is very unprofessional.
