Our room was spacious and lovely with a comfy bed and fireplace. This is our go to place when we need to be in the city as it is convenient to most downtown locations and family. Always nice to be welcomed with a bottle of wine, 2 glasses and a little note. Makes you feel special!

the main entrance way was frequently jammed with delivery vehicles and random vehicles which were parked overnight in the entrance area. this made entry and exit navigation challenging. Dining in the hotel has extremely limited options and times. The lobby has no food or beverage service

Very clean and good hotel, except for fact could not get my room to cool. Their system was in a central monitored mode. did not know that until complained room would not cool with the thermostat. They said it doesn't do cooling now, sorry. Also, breakfast is room service only. Otherwise a very nice hotel.would stay again.
