It's been 4 years since I came back as I have been a customer of this hotel the last 12 years and the service was and still is great. I find the prices are a little too high and I have to say that I prefer the old decor over this newly renovated modern look. I find the old style (more wood) was more comfy and also richer looking. Aside from that, the room was super clean and the beds are always the best.

Room we stayed in at this hotel need a refresh. Maybe it was the floor we were on? Beds were very soft and squeaky. Bathroom did not have a proper door that could lock. However is close walking distance for shopping at Vaughan Mills.

Unexpected gem! Staff were all lovely. Bar was good; breakfast was good; pool was clean; and newly renovated rooms were spacious and spotless. Common areas were equally as well maintained and clean. Overall an excellent stay! We will be back!
