I went to a concert at the Scotia arena, it was within walking distance. I went to my favorite spot, the spaghetti warehouse, which was right across the street from the hotel. The room was very cozy and comfortable, good atmosphere, no complaint!!

Alarm going off but modern
Started off with an easy check in. Room was very modern and bed was comfy. The cable didnt work the first night of our stay. The morning of our checkout at 6am there was an alarm going off for the better part of an hour which woke us up and kinda put stress on the whole day. But overall its a decent place.

Great hotel all around
The check-in was quick friendly and explained the hotel amenities. The hotel public areas and our room were clean and bright. The pool and adjoining hot tub were good. Being close to St. Lawrence Market and a great number of restaurants as well as the C.N.E. was a fantastic bonus. Breakfast at Cafe Nicole was friendly and food was fresh with more choices than your standard buffet which was another bonus. This is our 2nd stay and will be our first choice always when doing anything in the downtown core.

The bed is comfortable and the hotel is very clean. Those are the two most important things to us. The location is great, in walking distance to the Union Station where we took the UP train from and to the airport. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There were small misses, for example, the cleaning service person forgot to refill the coffee and tea bags in our room. They were not very important to us, but prevent them from getting 5/5 scores.

Hotel was in a great location, staff were very pleasant, everything was neat & clean. Beds are fine, shower could have used a bit more pressure. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, what a great experience!!, the staff were so friendly and attentive to what you need. I would definitely recommend staying here.
