Really nice place and great staff… some of the adjacent areas to the property were a little rough but not really an issue for the property owner per se. Building is a bit dated in some regards but the staff more than made up for that. Mini bar prices were INSANE though.

The hotel is well located in downtown Toronto. It’s clean and very comfort. The carpets look tired but the place is kept very clean. Unfortunately my neighbours decided to enjoy the evening late into the early morning. The noise could be heard through the room walls.

The rooms are very old. They had a smell of a old hotel carpet. The bathrooms were clean and looked renovated so that was a plus. They said they upgraded us to lake view but it was just the view of the railway tracks. Don't fall for that trick and take the City view.

This hotel is in a great location, but is in need of some updates. Our room on the 7th floor had a nice view of Lake Ontario, but smelled musty. Upon check in they tell you only two (small) bottles of water will be provided for the duration of your 4 day stay. The bathroom is tiny and they staff seem inconvenienced by any queries. The tv is also small by modern hotel standards. No morning coffee for guests in the lobby - only the room pot (and with what water, given their cheap allocation). It was clean and in a good location for our event.

Convenient location to tourist attractions. Disappointed , I thought rooms either had a view of the water or city. Our view was a wall and the hotel pool. We checked in early enough that there should have been better options in rooms to offer.
