We recently stayed at Hyatt hotel at 5787 Hurontario St, Mississauga, ON L4Z 2H7, Canada for two nights, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by a significant issue with the bed. The mattress was sagging, providing little to no support, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
I brought this to the attention of the manager, who sent a staff member to inspect the room. However, whatever adjustments were made did not improve the bed's condition. We spent two restless nights in the room, struggling to get comfortable.
What was more disappointing was the lack of follow-up from the manager or any staff member. No one checked in with us to see if the issue was resolved or if we needed further assistance.
