I am always impressed with the staff at Hyatt Place. I have stayed in Hyatt Place in the US before. The staff are always friendly and personable and render assistance when needed. This was my experience at Hyatt Mississauga, Canada. The room was clean and did not require daily housekeeping as adequate supplies were available. The location was perfect and central to the amenities we enjoyed. I would recommend Hyatt Place to anyone visiting Canada for a holiday, business, or function.

We loved our stay at Hyatt House. The property, staff and amenities exceeded our expectations. The gym and pool area were some of the best we've seen. The only downfall was not having coffee available throughout the night

Excellent in every way except the mini-fridge lacked a freezer compartment. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable! Breakfast Buffett had a good variety. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was very clean. The water dispenser with fruit slices by the front desk was a very nice touch. Easy access to major roads. Highly recommended!

Be Careful
Room was clean and staff were wonderful. There are signs posted in the parking lot that says the hotel is not responsible for thefts in vehicles. Apparently there are high rates of car thefts in this area. Our car window was smashed out. No items were stolen, so I have to think it was an attempted car theft. Hotel manager and staff were very kind. Just be warned that you should take all your belongings inside and park close to the hotel in a well lighted area.
