Not awesome.
This is my third time staying at the hotel. First time was great. Second time the wifi didn’t work at all the entire time, but because we’d enjoyed it thso first time I rebooked. This time, our room was tiny. There was one towel and face cloth (despite booking for two) on the bed. Nothing in the washroom at all. When we called, there was no rush to bring us any. Took over an hour. Also the bathroom floor had a bunch of divots in the floor and the water wouldn’t warm up and then wouldn’t stay warm. Honestly, super disappointed.

Hotel was great only complaint was our room was very dark due to both windows looking into alleyways. No natural light coming into room. Other than that hotel was good. Music at front entrance was also super loud, harder to hear staff greeting upon arrival.

Tv and phone didn’t work in our room for all 3 days we were there.Front desk said they were working on it .Ididnt see anyone working on it .Offered me free coffee as a condolence for the problems.Really.This room cost around 400$ a night ,I expected part to be reimbursed.Not a peep when we checked out…

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for. It was central to most things that we wanted to do and it was affordable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue in our original room, when they came up to take a look they brought up new room keys so that we could change rooms without having to go down to the lobby.

Over-priced, sub-standard hotel
Good location, though out-of-f date and unpleasant hotel. Horrible room - apparently a "business room", though not big enough for proper desk, dark & dingy, very loud aircon, view into brick wall and small (too small for it's bed). One, very slow, elevator serving all rooms, poor food options out of regular hours (I arrived late on Sunday evening), and slow service.

We went to see a show at Scotiabank arena. It was perfect, cause we were at a walking distance of the venue and some restaurants. We were also at 15min walking distance from the Eaton Center to do some shopping too. It was calm, the check in and check out went really well and we didn't hear a lot of noise from the other rooms.

The staff was nice. The location was really good. The room is dark which was perfect for sleeping in. I booked one night we left our luggage for hours after checking out. We returned for our luggage we hanged out and charged our phones before we took the train. Here are some cons TV in our room didn’t work well. There was a funny smell unsure what it was. The water in the shower changed temperature. Yes small room but it worked for us. My son said he liked the room!.
