this is a great downtown location with walkable access to explore the city of toronto. the staff are excellent. the breakfast is hearty. the property is quite dated and not fancy but certainly adequate for any downtown adventures.

The hotel was nice, staff was very kind . The rooms were very small for the cost and when we checked they told us they would be shutting down the water at 10pm for 5 hours - we had gone out and came back after 10 and couldn’t use the water - not convenient at all, you spend money to stay in a hotel and then can’t have access to water

There was a notice posted in the evening (limited notice) that water would be shut off for multiple hours from 10pm onward. When we returned home from dinner we had no running water to brush our teeth, shower, get ready for bed, etc. Completely unacceptable!

Checked into hotel and they could not find ky reservation No water in the hotel from 10 pm to 4:00 am Saturday night No hot waiter on Sunday morning for the shower. No I cleaned the room on Saturday Breakfast was the only positive experience

My son and I are in Toronto for an appointment at Sick Kids. The guest services rep that checked us is in was fabulous. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the staff were lovely and they were very kind to my son. Single mom with a kid with extraordinary needs, this hotel was affordable and close to where we need to be in the morning.
