My sister and I loved our stay. The room was on the tiny side but it wasn’t horrible and we were just there to sleep anyways. Staff was great and friendly, location was awesome.

Most of the staff are unfriendly except Alex who was helpful. The room and washroom were small but the location was perfect because it was in the heart of downtown.

Rooms are very small. University dorms. Bathroom door did not close. Hotel construction noisey. Gym very, very hot and dirty. Disappointed for the high price I paid. And usually IHG hotels are great to stay at.

Convenient location: 5 min to subway station and 10 min to shopping district but may be a bit of noisy as the street car running, horning and sirens from traffic; compact room: not able to fully open the medium size luggage; Good dining experience. OK property. Liked the energy of downtown but Toronto’s downtown is nothing like Vancouver’s clean and safe downtown. World’s smallest room and smallest bathroom. Only stayed for a few hours so it was OK for sleep and shower.

For our whole stay the air conditioning didn’t work and they sent someone up twice to fix it. When I told them at check out they reacted like they didn’t care. Was quite disappointing they didn’t compensate for being uncomfortable during our stay
