Need to make clear there are two airport Hampton inns. Also need to make clear that one needs to call to get the free shuttle to one of them. It is cold waiting for the shuttle . No dining facilities at either Inn. A very unsatisfactory arrangement for some one with a disability!

My husbdand and i stayed at this hotel ladt weel during the snowstorm. We had been on the road for 2 plus days and were very tired. We had some issues securing a deposit. The kady at the front desk went above and beyond to help us recitfy this situation. We were able to obtain a beautiful room that was clean. Staff were amazing and breakfats was great ! Would highly recommended this hotel.

The room was great - clean, well appointed and comfortable. My issue was the airport shuttle. I waited 50 min for the shuttle and it did not come. I saw some hotels has shuttles come 3 times while the Hampton Inn shuttle did not come. I took an Uber to the hotel. Also, My flight left at 8am, not that early, but the breakfast did not start until 6am so I was not able to get breakfast. They did supply a bagged breakfast which is thoughtful but not like a hot breakfast. Good hotel - but the extras were just not there.

Room was not very clean, stains on the towels and old dental floss under the bed. The ice in the vending machine was moldy. We felt ill immediately after using the pool (like due to inadequate chlorine levels not clearing bacteria). On the website it shows a “smoothie” section in the breakfast area, no such section exists. Desk staff provided excellent customer service, they were polite, pleasant and knowledgeable.
