I thought the room nice however it was a non smoking room and reeked of smoke. Someone definitely smoked in the bathroom and it could not have been missed by cleaning staff. Hotel also tried to charge me for three nights of parking and I didn't even have a car. Make sure you check out at the desk and verify all charges.

Good, comfortable, centrally located hotel
This hotel was great for our purpose and seemed to be centrally located to most places we needed to be. An 8-15 min Lyft ride got us to most places and ran about $10-$11 CAD. Pros: The hotel was fairly easy to navigate. Close proximity to most places and cost efficient. Clean and comfortable. Cons: The wait to check in was longer than I would have liked. Standing in line to check in isn’t what anyone wants after a long day of travel or when checking out to catch a flight. Luckily, I was able to go downstairs to reconcile a couple of things the night before our departure and used the express check out option the next morning. Also, we stayed in a room where the corner where our balcony was faced the street. The door to the balcony wasn’t covered by curtains so the sun and lights from the buildings across the street were mildly annoying when trying to sleep. I would stay here again, just not in that room if I had a choice.

I rented a room with a bed and they put me in one with a sofa bed that was super uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep the first night. I think they should refund my money for that night since it was really bad. My back still hurts.

Pool, gym, spa were beautifully designed and well-run. Accessible? Yes, except that rolling on thick carpeting was a slow go. Got a nice upgrade, but that made adding an extra night a bit complicated. Cafe and housekeeping staffs especially attentive to elderly mother
