Stayed 4 nights at the hotel. Used the hot tub daily and it ruined my bathing suit bottoms. I informed the front desk, they took photos to pass on to the manager. Never received a call or email for two weeks, so I had to follow up myself. I was informed that since there were no other complaints she wouldn't do anything about the damage. It was implied that I was lying even though they had photos. I then had to purchase another bathing suit for my stay in Daytona. Very disappointed.

Check-in was seamless. Front desk is very friendly and prompt. Room is clean and inviting. The planes fly over the hotel pretty close, but we are on the top floor and you can’t hear a thing. Soundproofing at its best. 👍
