It was convenient for a one night stay before our morning flight. They offered shuttle service to the air port which was free and they were very friendly. My sister didnt sleep that well as she stated she heard alot of noise throughout the night in the halls. Other than that it was a decent stay.

expected better considering the price paid. front desk staff were great. SHUTTLE was convenient, but drivers need to be more aware of passengers safety, they drove so fast and every bump sent us flying. left hotel in shuttle and were almost at the airport when the driver said we had to go all the way back for someone..... more bumps and crazy fast driving. i always thought that if you didnt make it downstairs for the shuttle on time, you had to wait for the next one. dont understand why we were all inconvenienced for one person who didn't make it down in time !

Good value for money. We had to spend the night in Toronto after our plane was delayed. That hotel was not crazy expensive and they offered shuttle from the airport. We had buffet breakfast for $15 at Postcard restaurant and the food was very good.

Front desk check in Debra super welcoming and efficient. Pool and spa area clean enjoyable. Lots of large towels. It made my day to have a robe supplied in my room. All cleaning staff encountered were smiling and friendly. Contract Resturant very good with different menu items like ‘Greek Perogies’ chilled white wine glass delightful. The airport shuttle service on time and efficient. I also enjoyed Keri’s coffee/lattemachine available in lobby 24/7.i wish every hotel stay was as great as this one.

The staff were very accommodating and we were thrilled that they were able to put us in adjoining rooms to our grandchildren. The rooms were neat and tidy, however the carpet and windows needed cleaning. It would have been nice to have an information page with nearby restaurants, activities, what facilities were available etc.... Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Ty
