Our booking went terribly wrong. When booking via Expedia, pictures showed that Executive room, 1 King Bed has a kitchen. On arrival we were advised there is no kitchen for this type of room. Furthermore, the same Executive room was significantly cheaper directly on the Best Western hotel's website when we arrived literally 1 day after making the booking. And the hotel reception did not even propose that we pay that lower rate to compensate us for the misleading information by Expedia/Best Western. We plan to make a formal complaint to Expedia directly.
