Was disappointed in the lack of noise control. Unable to sleep with all the noise from above us and the elevator. Was reported to the night clerk with minimal results. After second request, he suggested that WE move to a different room. Also had requested clean towels but did not need housekeeping. Did not happen, had to get towels from the night clerk. Overall was disappointed.

The room could have been a lot cleaner, the shower floor really needed to be scrubbed. Daily room service was very sloppily done. The only good part of the breakfast was the cereal and toast. The pool was very cold and the bathroom in the pool area was closed.
