Tonopah is charming, in a desolate, high desert way. The hotel was great, very clean and quiet. The staff at the front desk was awesome, and our guide for the ghost tour was fun and informative. We also visited the mining museum, and it was really fascinating. The man working there was really nice, and seemed very proud and knowledgeable about the areas mining history. We were only in town for one night, but had a really good time,, and would definitely visit again!

Beautiful old and wonderfully preserved hotel with so much of the old west still living and breathing in the decor and furnishings. Truly gave the vibe of a haunted mansion, in the best possible way. Service was great, and the place was very pet friendly, from biscuits at reception to a puppy kit, including a water bowl and dog toys. I would strongly recommend this hotel for its atmosphere and attitude to pets!

Nice old hotel with large bar social area. Friendly staff. Room was bright and good size. Pet friendly which could be a negative for some. Had to ask bar for ice as no ice machines on the floors. Overall interesting place with many antiques. Would stay here again as it’s not a chain hotel.
