Great place in a perfect location and at a great price. Really enjoyed my stay here and the room and view were really nice. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, really enjoyed the free ramen every night, the onsen, and free laundry.

Well situated hotel with a good hot spring bath and outdoor pool on the 9th floor. However, the hotel needs to train its staff regarding foreigners. Besides a difficult check-in, there was an unfortunate incident with a staff member in the bath area when I was treated as a "non-person."
