Continental breakfast was good. Terrible and awkward Bath/Shower conditions, there's no curtain to prevent water from running out, once done showering you end up stepping out into a pool of water, very very bad conditions.

The good: Its clean, nice building, good design, good location. The Bad: No central heating! I went on Jan 4 which is cold temperatures in Toluca especially during the night and mornings. The only heating available was a portable heater and, at least in my room, did not heat enough to feel comfortable. Overall it's a nice little hotel, where if you need a very basic place to rest your head at night passing through it could be ok, but not for a vacation stay especially with children.

It was late at night when I checked in and the staff was great, however the room was outdated, the beds were hard as a rock and I was concerned there were bedbugs. Would not recommend to stay there.

En principio cuando hice la reservación fue excelente pero al llegar a la propiedad no encontraban mi reservación a pesar de estar pagada, me querían mandar a otro hotel a media noche, finalmente tuve que pagar otra habitación pues me daban una para 2 personas y eramos 3. Cuando encontraron mi reservación y no me quisieron cancelar la otra que pagué. El baño de mi habitación terrible, sin toallas de manos ni jabón. La puerta de la regadera está mal colocada por lo que se moja todo el baño y no pusieron tapete para salir de la regadera. En fin una experiencia terrible. No lo recomiendo!!!

Lo que no me gustó fue que al entrar en la habitación la manija por dentro no servía, me dirigí a la persona acargo y me dio a entender que yo la descompuse, me dio otra llave de otra habitación y ni siquiera fue a revisar que sucedía y se porto muy indiferente.
