Used to be a better value. Rooms are very small unless reserving the largest. Post Covid housekeeping has been eliminated and only daily towels are provided. Overall property particularly rooms and bathrooms have aged without renovation. Still recommended if in room laundry is needed and for the specific location in Aoyama if room price can be below $250.

チェックイン可能時間の20分ほど前に到着したら、待つように言われたので待っていたら、後から来た人にはすんなりチェックインさせており、こちらの方は見ようともせず。スタッフの対応は全体的にイマイチ。ホテルマンらしくなかった。6年前にも泊まったことがあるが、建物の老朽化を感じた。水回りの匂いが気になるレベル。掃除が行き届いておらず埃が目立ち、部屋内は自分でティッシュで拭き掃除したがティッシュが黒くなった。吊り下げランプの紐にも埃が。ロビー階のトイレにも部分的に埃がしており、滞在期間中拭かれることはなかった。カーペットのシミが多数あるのも気になる。フロア共有部分にゴキブリ避けが置いてあった。掃除後、替えのスリッパは投げられたように置かれていた。立地や周辺環境は最高だが、清潔でない場所に滞在するのは非常に居心地が悪いと感じた。東急ステイは洗濯機もあるし長期滞在には使いやすく気に入っていただけに残念でならない。しかも青山にはプレミアの文字がついている。外した方が良いと思う。今回2週間以上滞在したし、安いホテルではない。改善を願って止まない。

I really enjoyed the available washer/dryer and mini kitchen area in the suite we reserved. The convenience of the bus stop and nearby train station really made exploring the city a breeze. Definitely plan on returning to this hotel on our next visit!
