Rooms are clean but small and quite outdated, like frozen from 80-90th. Good location across from Shinagawa station. Staff is very polite but you can feel they are been a bit overwhelmed.

Very convenient to Tokyo, airport and transportation. We didn’t know we were going to be in a smoking room - so if you are also sensitive to that too, make sure you specify. Skip the long lines at check in and use the mobile kiosks with your reservation and passport.

Room is clean but room layout was bad. The toilet overflowed on the last day but staff was quick to resolve. There were minimal outlets available and oddly placed (not by the night stand). Except for toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers there were no other items available. Stayed t Sheraton Grande right before, which also had older hotel room, but Shinagawa Prince pails in comparison.

A busy hotel, but quiet at night, that offers comfortable, clean rooms with great service and a location right next to one of Tokyo’s key train stations. Eat breakfast early or late. In between can be very busy and you’ll likely wait in line to get a table.
