Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed. Very helpful having a washing machine in the room. We were happy to stay here in Asakusa for a few nights.

My favorite hotel chain! I make it a point to book here whenever I visit Japan. Clean, convenient, all the details are perfect. I love that they include the robe, slippers, nespresso, toothbrushes, razors, the wet wipes, and wash towels. The suite is ideal for long stays and including a flat and puffy pillow is the best. The bed is super comfortable. The service is unparalleled. The decor is calming and neutral. I love the shampoo/conditioner/body wash choices. It’s an excellent stay.
