Very nice property. Spacious and had everything we needed. About 10 minute walk to the subway and has a lot of convenience stores nearby. Only issue we had was that somebody locked the main door from the inside and when I contacted the host, she couldn’t speak English. Had to communicate through Orbitz, which took a while. It was only then when we were given instructions for the lockbox on the door. It should be included in the check-in instructions. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We like the property, in general. Clean, near subway and 5min walk to 7/11 store. The only thing we don’t like, when it’s time for us to check in. There’s no advance email/notice on how to open the lockbox. We only received the email on how to check in, around 12:30am. While we wait in the front door. And also there’s no mention of QR code, attach to the door for you to scan and follow the check-in process.

Very clean & enough space for our party of 7. Necessity supplies (toiletries & kitchen wares) are there. Conveniently close to Oshiage Station. 2 blocks up the road is a delicious Chinese restaurant & 2 blocks on the opposite end is a butcher shop & a grocery market. Clean & quiet neighborhood. laundry would have been a huge plus but either the machine is not performing well or the detergent provided was a waste of money & time. 2 full cycle & & extra detergents & the clothes were still stinking of sweat. There was a washer but no dryer. Bathroom had an uncleaned odor (but it was the same at the airport & other establishment). Beds would best be described as box springs with mattress topper. Felt all the springs & back tenderness in the morning. AC works well in 1 of the bedroom. The rest works but inefficient (set at 20 Celsius).

This was a great location on minutes from the train station. Easy walk to Skytree. Responses to all questions were quickly answered. Lots of convenience stores, places to eat and even a neighborhood post office was a short distance (if you want to mail postcards. Washing machine, dishes, microwave and the basic necessities were available which was a big help. Quite location which was pleasant after being out all day.
