They don’t speak English and a e very rude. Maybe they just don’t know how to say the words exactly and that makes them rude, but if you’re working in a hotel, you have to have a minimum of English to be able to communicate with foreign customers.

Create place to stay with lots is dining options. Not much shopping in walking distance. The Tsukiji market is wonder and has great food and souvenir options. Downside is that it is a bit of a tourist trap with high price on almost anything you can find. If cost is your your concern then you will definitely enjoy the quality food.

The staff all very friendly and they explained everything clearly in English language, i think its a very convinient when the Hotel receptionist in japan can understand and speak English clearly
