The rooms are really small but they have everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. The staff are so helpful and the amenities downstairs are amazing they had everything from face masks to shower caps. The location is really good easy access to trains everywhere and convenience stores right next door basically. Overall the stay was good for the price. Would recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Higashi Shinjuku. The hotel is walking distance from one of the most popular local dining and shopping areas - where the famous Godzilla head is. It was easy to arrange a taxi at the front desk to go to any important Tokyo attraction. The breakfast was varied and delicious. My room was as expected - small, but very clean and comfortable and affordable given the location and my desire to spend on seeing the sites. Most importantly, the staff was great - friendly, attentive and always helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic place to stay, we stay here often and its directly next to one of the main train lines. Don't worry, you won't notice the trains though as its all underground. Highly recommend staying here.
