Great hotel in a quiet area near several different subway stations that are walkable. Room was surprisingly roomy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great restaurants and buffet on property. Close to family Mart, 7/11, and a small mall with restaurants and a drug store

This hotel is great! The location is not so good for a first time to Tokyo tourist if you like to be close to the “spots”. We used Uber to get to the action areas. I did not try the breakfast, however I did try the buffet at dinner and it was just okay. The restaurant downstairs is very good!

We loved the clean and comfortable accommodation here. Facilities and amenities were fabulous, including same-day dry cleaning service! Staff were attentive, polite and helpful. My only, very small, negative is that it would have been nice to have a shared community space where we could sit outdoors.

Spotlessly clean, quiet and quite spacious room with smart tv. Bathroom was a bit underwhelming with a shower over bath set up and the location is quiet and well connected but not much within walking distance

I like the hotel service and location. However, the standard room is a bit deceiving in terms of space. The photos on this does not reflect how small it is inside. You can't even fit a check-in bag open on the floor. I had to upgrade to a deluxe size to have a better space. Other than that, the bed is a bit hard regardless of the type of room you get. Hence, be warned.
