Really enjoyed our stay hotel v convenient for Shinjuku and the close by station, yes it’s in an adult entertainment area but always felt safe and no issues Rooms and hotel v well kept rooms are small but this is Tokyo would recommend to others

Nestled in the heart of Kabukicho this hotel offers something for everyone. Easy access to all major modes of transportation, infinite entertainment & amazing food but mere meters away. Clean rooms with wonderful bathrooms with nice big tubs, perfect after a long day walking the city. Good view regardless of what floor you're on (as the hotel starts on the 8th floor). The smoking room was clean and had peaceful music. The laundry machines didn't quite dry the whole load for 300¥ but for 100¥ you got 30 minutes in the dryer so it's was trivial really. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful with any issue raised and the beds were comfortable. I'll be returning some day, for sure!

When you wake in the middle of the night hungry- I thought I can only get food from Seven Eleven, but there are many restaurants open 24 hours near this hotel. I was able to go back to sleep after my stomach was happy! Also - great hotel staff - they helped me with everything!!

The Gracery hotel is very nice, clean and reasonable size rooms for Tokyo. The location is a short walk to the Shinjuku train station and there was always something in the area to entertain you. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Only disappointment, was window cleaning that shut off access to Godzilla deck during our staff. But would still highly recommend to others and would stay again when in Tokyo.

Great facility, but horrible neighborhood. Young prostitutes and toutes extremely abundant, lots of garbage and street people.

Convenient and great location if you like the nightlife. Unfortunately, the Godzilla head area was closed off. Should have more souvenirs like magnets and pins.

Not having the Godzilla terrace open is really a big negative. No warning, no apparent reason, it’s just not being offered any longer. The area isn’t the pristine Japan some expect. Much better than years past, but there’s homeless, and street kids, and rats during the middle of the day. Decent rooms.
