Very nice property, with ample rooms and bathrooms. Quiet area with train stations nearby. Good breakfast buffet. A little bit away from the main touristic places but train stations are nearby. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Great hotel with amazing views of Tokyo. Top floor for a coffe in morning or drink at night is wonderful. Train station right at hotel and lots of shopping and restaurant around hotel. Recommend

I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tokyo. Everything was 5 star. The panoramic views over the harbour were stunning Staff service amazing particularly the concierge Very well priced. Restaurants were a little expensive but huge choices within walking distance Will always go back there

The stay was amazing. Not a fan of the The grill on 30th restaurant. The food was awful. The breakfast was great! Large variety and food was tasty. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Great place to visit with family. There’s a charge for the gym and pool which is a little weird.

This was the last hotel we stayed at for our 16 day trip to Tokyo. It was nothing short of amazing. Everything about this hotel was classy. The staff, amenities, shopping, restaurants, everything was absolutely worthwhile. The room was very spacious and had the most outstanding view. We were on the 17th floor and couldn’t stop looking at the breathtaking view from our window. The bathroom was fancy and the bed was utterly comfortable. The closet was large enough to store our two large suitcases plus our carryon and duffle bag. The hotel is within walking distance to two large shopping centers being that there’s a large walkway built connecting them as well as the Hilton hotel next door. Super easy to get around and the Odaiba station is literally a two minute walk away. Plenty of stuff to see here and the restaurants in the hotel serve very tasty food. We kept coming back to the Garden Dining buffet as it was an excellent value for the selections they provided. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo. I think the only thing I wish the hotel offered was coin operated laundry. We had some of our fancier clothing washed through the hotel’s laundry service, but was bummed to find out that that was the only option available. If you wanted anything washed it had to be through their laundry service as no coin operated machines were offered onsite.

Location, access, amenities, detail oriented, clean, staff, all in one. Loved it. Thanks for making this stay amazing. Not all hotels get check mark in intricate design and detail thinking- making stay a lot better. Please note that gym only applicable to over 16yr old. Thankful one of the staff allowed my 15 yr old turning 16 into the gym. Peace of mind and all at your finger tips.

Be prepared to pay if you want to visit the swimming pool. It is 5000 yen per person per day. Location is great, right next to the subway station and surrounded by multiple shopping malls. The only thing I am not impressed is the condition of the hotel room is outdated.

The hotel was beautiful and the area was very cool but for that amount of money, I was astounded that they wanted approx CAD$30 per person to use the pool at night!! (even more crazy $50 to use in the day time) The other thing I was disappointed in was my attempt to have a drink on the top floor of the hotel around 1pm...my room was being cleaned so I wanted to pass the time looking out at the amazing view but was told no...I could only sit there if I ordered lunch!? The place was empty but I couldn't order a drink? Crazy disappointing.

Beautiful building but using the facilities costs
Beautiful building and rooms are a good size/ Quality. Location is OK but a bit far from the main attractions. BE WARNED, main disappointment are the facilities included here. We booked this for a couple of days at the end of a long and busy trip. Hoping to relax in the pool etc. Amazed to discover that using the pool costs extra (not mentioned in any fees/ documentation) this came to £80 a day for a family of 4, using the deck chairs costs even more.
