First they gave us a dirty room then we had to wait for another half an hour to get a clean room. It was 4:30pm - I don’t know why it took them this long to get a clean room. Front desk staff didn’t speak English and nobody was telling us what’s going on. Even the manager didn’t speak English. We were very frustrated.

Great location , just in front of the supermarket. The hotel is 10min walk to train station connected to all direction. If you are looking for a budget friendly place to stay, choose Flexstayinn. 3-4 stars. Recommendable.

Convenient location. Helpful front desk. Laundromat in basement. Kitchen has all the basics, including a hot plate, a rice cooker, and basic utensils and cups/plates. Room didn't look the same as the picture and the furniture was old but it was spacious. The bathroom was functional. There is a grocery store across the street, and the station is 5-10 mins away. was a good deal for the price. I'd definitely stay there again.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia. Tired, worn furniture, no bedside lamp, and the microwave still smelled like fish. It’s more a short-term rental than a hotel. Cheap but unpleasant.

Great place to stay, about a 10 minute walk to the metro, right beside a grocery store. Not a lot of good eating options but quick to get to other areas. Great staff nice rooms. I accidentally booked a smoking room and they were fully booked but it didn’t smell like smoke at all and they were awesome about storing our luggage

Outside normal office hours, staff must be contacted by phone, so make sure you have the appropriate numbers. You also need to remember the code for the electronic key lock to enter the hotel. The outside looks fairly new but inside is a little plain and worn-looking (needs redecorating), although the rooms are clean, tidy and quite large (about double the size of a normal Japanese 'business hotel'). The area is in a side-road and very quiet although not far from Iidabashi Station.

Good location where is easy to access to most of main areas in Tokyo. Within 10min walk to the station which we can catch JR, Tokyo metro and Toei lines. Grocery supermarket is in front of the hotel. They open 9:30am to 10pm. It would be nice if there was a toaster. The bed was too hard for us. First few days were ok, but as we stayed 9 nights, our back started to sore. It would be nice if they could provide a soft mattress topper.

There is a grocery store right in front of the place. The walk to the station takes about 10 minutes. A lot of restaurants you can stop by along the walk. The room is nice with basic amenities. The staff was also nice and helpful.
