It was a great two-week stay at Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo! The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort and convenience. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for peaceful nights, yet it’s just a short walk to a variety of dining options. Whether you're looking for local Japanese fare or international cuisine, there’s something for everyone nearby. The location was also ideal for getting around the city, with Shinjuku Station close by and the subway easily accessible for trips to other parts of Tokyo and even neighboring cities. This made exploring incredibly convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any request. The room service was also top-notch—everything was kept spotless, and the amenities were more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. Overall, Citadines Shinjuku Tokyo made our time in Tokyo more enjoyable. It offers a perfect blend of great location, excellent service, and a quiet, comfortable retreat after a day of exploring.

It's a Keeper!
Excellent discovery made last year, this conveniently-located Shinjuku hotel is! Stayed there again, just now, and will be staying every time I am in Tokyo for work! VERY friendly vibe from the service staff, excellent room with FOUR (not one) pillows on the bed, FITTING robes, good breakfast, gym, to name just some key points. Will be foregoing high name brand hotels in the area for this one, for sure.

The property is in an excellent location in a quieter part of Shinjuku, yet within walking distance to all the action and just about 15 minutes to Shinjuku station. Our experience was all positive from the time of check-in, where Alessandro greeted us and was friendly and engaging, until we checked out when he graciously called a taxi for our trip to the airport. The rooms were large by Tokyo standards and were spotless. There were many restaurants a short walk from the hotel and several grocery and convenience stores close by. Honestly can’t think of anything I’d change and would stay here again.

A great stay.
We are were very happy when were stayed here last year that we decided to come back again. The room is big and the couch is comfy to relax and even to watch Japanese tv. The kitchenette is equipped sufficiently to make simple meals/breakfast. However I think the laundry needs upgrading with newer machines that have passcode locks.

Very clean property , spotless. The neighborhood is in a quiet side of Shinjuku . Location is perfect if you want to stay in the Center but in a quieter side. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Room is quite big and spacious for an accommodation in the centre of Tokyo.One of the best accommodation we had. There is a complimentary coffee, tea and water 24 hours. It was a perfect stay, you added a pleasure in our Japan trip👍

It was a perfect location and a very nice, clean and very spacious hotel room. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff was awesome, friendly and helpful, and having laundry services on site was a game changer for me. From now on I’ll only look for hotels with laundry facilities.

I absolutely had an amazing time during my 7 days stay at the hotel. I did not encounter any problems or issues. The wifi was fast. The room is always clean and tidy. The room is also spacious for a reasonable price. Train station is close by and Shinjuku/kabukicho is also close (about 15mins walk) or you can ride the bus (bus stop at the front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and warm as well. The area though close to shinjuku is fairly quiet with less tourist. Will definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Tokyo.

Location is very convenient. This hotel is only steps away from a bus station to Shinjuku and 8 min walking distance to the major subway stations. 7/11 is just around the corner. The staff there can speak fluent English. I found them very friendly too. One of lady front desk staff help me call the taxi to Shinjuku and show me the easy different options to the airport. They also help taped my broken luggage. Room is very clean. Enough space to put our 4 luggages inside the room.

We’ve stayed at Citadines four years ago, and liked it well enough to return this year. The place is well maintained, very quiet, and with a great breakfast. A big part of the attraction is the front desk staff. They are very helpful and friendly. A big shoutout to Alessandro in particular, thanks for all your assistance!
