You need to understand what is a capsule hotel. Even though it looks a bit weird, it does exactly what it is made for. Giving you a place to sleep, dry and clean.
The commodities are shared by all the customers, so you have to expect some flaws. Not because of the staff… they were always vacuuming the carpet and answering all the customers but this place bring a lot of weird persons and some don’t clean after them.
I really enjoyed that place.
My first room had bed bugs. Terrible bed bugs all over in the room. If you are over 6 feet (184cm) tall, do not stay here. Do not come here with big luggage as the rooms are very very small. When I reported the bed bugs, the staff seemed to not care.
The showers are 3 open shower heads (no curtains or stalls at all). And the stairs are very narrow and difficult to climb if you have bigger luggage. It is on the third floor.
The place was clean enough however it is not in as good condition as what the photos show. Google maps will take you to the wrong street and there is not good signage. When calling to find the location, the language barrier was a problem and they weren’t able to assist. When I finally found the place after help from the police they acknowledged that google maps takes you to the wrong street. They should include on the itinerary this information.
