Our stay was good, had a spacious room, two oversized twin beds for our family of 4 - we have two small girls. The only issue was the breakfast was included, but for only two guests. We used our breakfast voucher for the girls. The area was walkable, walked to the Ueno train station to catch our fast train to Narita Airport

Often stayed at this location, convenient to Ueno station. Close by the “E” line and love the noodles in the small restaurant on the lobby. Got washer and dryer. Only issue is the elevator, just one.. in the morning…rush hour for the elevator.

Convenient location in a quiet area. Rooms are small by North American standards, but work really well and have better functionality than those bigger rooms. Would stay here (or at another APA hotel) again!

Extremely tiny rooms, one lift for 13 floors. Long walk to restaurants. Seems more interested in using technology to check in and check out than good ol' customer service. There are better cheaper places in that part of Tokyo.

Average hotel, great location, hot rooms
Tourist friendly hotel, the staff were always nice. The rooms arsnt great, nor very big, but you fet what you pay for. The location is also incredible. However, i will say, if you are heat sensitive or need air circulation, to sleep you will be miserable at night here. Theres no thermostat to control. They suggest just opening the window, but since the buildings are just next to other building, very little outside air can get in the cracked window.
