Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean. BUT: the room had a strong chemical industrial cleaner smell, like the carpet was soaked with industrial strength cleaner. - presumably to mask some worse smell. Had to open the small window, turned on the bathroom fan, but smell was still there. Also, the breakfast was fine, but the breakfast room was dark, dank and stuffy. I tried to open the big sliding door to let some fresh air in - but one of the staff quickly ran to prevent me from opening it and just told me - "we don't open that". Overall, I would not stay here again.

Check in easy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of dining nearby within walking distant. Only problem there was road work being done and the street and make it difficult to get into and out of.

Staff was great and helpful. We arrived early and one room wasn’t ready. They were great and switched us to a room that was, even though we arrived before check in. Unfortunately we found a blood stain on our comforter.

We stayed here for one night during our move across the country. We liked the breakfast. We are a fan of the classic bagels, cereal, toast, yogurt, etc. Options, so it was perfect for us. We also had two cats with us and had no problem getting a room with them. We were travelling in a U-Haul and got broken into the night before at a different hotel, so we wanted to park in an area at this hotel with security cameras in case something happened. Unfortunately, we had to park out back, which I understood, but there were no cameras which made us a bit uncomfortable. I’m someone who needs to know and see that things are clean to feel comfortable. The hallway had lots of stains in the carpet which made me feel grossed out. Our room had a smell that was like a cleaner, but it was not a good smell and almost made me feel worse about the cleanliness of the room. My boyfriend, however, is not fussy and felt the hotel was appropriately cleaned, so it certainly depends on your standards. Overall, our stay was good. Aside from my anxiety about how clean it was and the parking, I was satisfied.

There was only 1 staff person at the front who was on the phone for 10 min before speaking with us. The rooms were not very clean. The screen door fell off. The windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Not a great experience, especially for what they charged.
