When I initially booked my stay, the breakfast was included through Expedia. However, the third-party didn’t transfer it to the hotel to my knowledge. While not the end of the world, I did catch me off guard. The bed was quite soft and mushy too. Reception staff was very kind and helpful indeed accommodate my booking request for location in floor level requirements.

Staff were wonderful; kind and helpful. The whole hotel is in desperate need of maintenance, if not a full renovation. Peeling wallpaper, loose door handles, questionable stains on the wall, chipped and broken furniture and tiles, disgusting carpets, etc. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The carpeting in our room was stained and the bathroom toilet was nasty looking. There was a brown looking stain around the toilet tank. It was in room number 409. My husband just told me that there were also staining on the bed cover, I would have walked out if I saw that stained.
