Most of the staff except reception seemed pretty good and professional. Front desk staff need be more humble and smiling. They acted as if we are not good customers. Looked rude.
Property is very clean and well maintained. The Staff were very helping. Hotel room was very specious and bathrooms were clean.
Property is well located near to padmanabhaswamy temple.
I had a great three day stay at this clean and modern hotel. The staff were professional and in the restaurant very attentive and friendly. Big rooms and tasty breakfast :)
A decent hotel, very close to the Railway station and some key access points. Nothing extraordinary but nothing to complain about. Food was good, lot of varieties. Service was good.
Overall the hotel was decent, and the breakfast was good. However, one surprising factor was that the hotel had no complimentary water bottles and they were charging for them.
